Refund Policy

Refund Policy Allcare Solutions strives to deliver the highest quality products for our clients. If you at any time in 15 Days is not satisfied, you can ask for a refund.

In case you want the refund with 15 days ,please make sure the device is not broken or scratched .

In this case any client who is not satisfied with our Device & Services we can provide a refund with in 15 days from the date of first installment. The refund will be made after deducting the service tax and the hourly charges for the work completed by us.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be done to the credit card number provided at the time of purchase and in case of debit card / net banking payments refund will be made to the same account.If paid by DD /standing order ,the refund will be processed via our bank transfers .

The cancellation of the product cannot be done if the 15days is completed , except the direct debit can be adjusted by email support at info@allcaresolutions.uk or themarchend@gmail.com.
