2. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are available for our existing customers and business clients.

Estimated delivery dates for pre-orders will be communicated at the time of purchase. While we strive to meet these estimates, delivery dates may change due to supplier availability or logistics.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed during the checkout process or communicated before order confirmation.

4. Damaged or Broken Products

If your order arrives damaged or broken, you must notify us within 5 days of receiving the delivery.

To process your claim, please provide:

* Clear photographs of the damaged product
* Photographs of the original packaging
* Your order or invoice number

Once the claim is verified, we will arrange a replacement or other appropriate resolution in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Claims made after 5 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or return.
